The Hague has finally found a counterpart to the robust industrial locations that are on offer elsewhere, such as the former gas works at Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam and the Van Nelle Ontwerpfabriek in Rotterdam, which was once a tea, coffee and tobacco factory.
